The posting

Somos una empresa líder en el sector de manufactura comprometida con la calidad y la excelencia en nuestros productos. Estamos en busca de un Técnico de Laboratorio para unirse a nuestro equipo. (Ubicados en Gurabo, PR)

Responsabilidades:

- Realizar inspecciones visuales y dimensionales de productos manufacturados para garantizar su conformidad con los estándares de calidad.

- Utilizar equipos de medición y pruebas para evaluar características físicas y químicas de los productos.

- Identificar y registrar defectos o imperfecciones en los productos, incluyendo aquellos relacionados con propiedades químicas.

- Seguir protocolos y procedimientos de control de calidad establecidos por la empresa.

- Colaborar con el equipo de producción para resolver problemas de calidad y mejorar procesos.

- Ejecutar pruebas químicas básicas para verificar la composición de materiales según las especificaciones.

- Interpretar datos de pruebas químicas y proporcionar retroalimentación al equipo de producción.

- Mantener registros precisos de inspecciones y resultados de pruebas.

- Participar en la resolución de problemas relacionados con la calidad del producto.

- Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y calidad establecidos por la empresa y las regulaciones gubernamentales.

Requisitos:

- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.

- Experiencia previa en un ambiente de manufactura y calidad es preferible pero no obligatoria.

- Conocimientos básicos de química, incluyendo cursos de química 1 y 2.

- Habilidades para utilizar equipos de medición y pruebas.

- Atención al detalle y habilidades de observación.

- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo.

- Conocimientos básicos de informática para registrar datos y generar informes.
