Unser E-Mail-Marketing ist einer der wichtigsten Performance-Kanäle. Deshalb suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Kampagnen nicht nur umsetzt, sondern aktiv weiterentwickelt und moderne Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz sinnvoll in den Arbeitsalltag integriert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von E-Mail- und Lifecycle-Marketing-Kampagnen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung unseres Versandkalenders sowie Koordination aller Newsletter-Kampagnen.
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Customer Journeys und Trigger-Strecken.
  • Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Segmentierungen und Personalisierungsstrategien.
  • Durchführung von A/B-Tests sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung anhand relevanter KPIs.
  • Analyse der Kampagnenperformance und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content-, Grafik-, Performance-Team.
  • Aktive Nutzung von KI-Tools zur Erstellung, Optimierung und Personalisierung von Betreffzeilen, Inhalten, Segmentierungen, Kampagnenideen und Workflows.
  • Identifikation neuer Automatisierungs- und KI-Potenziale zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Conversion und Customer Experience.
  • Sicherstellung einer DSGVO-konformen Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Mail-Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Klaviyo und/oder Optimizely sowie Erfahrung mit Marketing-Automation.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Segmentierungen, Trigger-Kampagnen und Customer Journeys.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für KPIs, Testing und datengetriebene Optimierung.
  • Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz und Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz moderner KI-Tools wie Claude oder vergleichbarer Lösungen.
  • Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS für kleinere Anpassungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Teamgeist sowie Freude daran, Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
