In einem brandneuen Videostudio und Office gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer Brand mit. Über 40.000 Beautyprodukte und mehr als 450 Marken sind deine Spielwiese.

Deine Aufgaben

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Content-Produktion, Grafik und Postproduktion.

  • Du recherchierst Trends, Sounds und visuelle Entwicklungen in Social Media und der Beauty-Welt.
  • Du entwickelst daraus gemeinsam mit dem Team Reels, Stories und weitere Social-Media-Formate.
  • Du produzierst Content in unserem Studio und an Außenlocations und stehst regelmäßig vor der Kamera.
  • Du schneidest Videos und arbeitest mit Musik, Texten, Übergängen und Effekten.
  • Du gestaltest Animationen, Typografie, Story-Assets, Thumbnails und weitere grafische Elemente.
  • Du nutzt KI für Recherche, Ideen, Storyboards, Text- und Bildvarianten sowie wiederkehrende Aufgaben in Organisation und Postproduktion.
  • Du bereitest Inhalte für unterschiedliche Plattformen auf und erstellst Varianten aus vorhandenen Briefings.
  • Du unterstützt bei Content-Planung, Ausspielung und Community Management.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen:

Beauty. Produktion. Postproduktion. Grafik. KI. Sichtbarkeit.

Dein Profil

Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen in Content Creation, Grafik oder Videoproduktion gesammelt – beruflich, im Studium, durch Praktika, Freelance-Projekte oder eigene Kanäle. Wichtiger als ein perfekter Lebenslauf sind uns deine Ideen, dein kreatives Gespür und gute Arbeitsproben. Idealerweise bringst du mit:

  • erste Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Content sowie Instagram und TikTok
  • ein Portfolio mit Videos, Designs oder eigenen Projekten
  • gute Kenntnisse in Videoschnitt und Postproduktion
  • ein Gespür für Bildaufbau, Typografie, Farben und aktuelle Social-Media-Ästhetik
  • die Fähigkeit, KI-Ergebnisse kritisch zu prüfen und kreativ weiterzuentwickeln
  • Freude daran, neue Formate auszuprobieren und easycosmetic vor der Kamera zu repräsentieren
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C2-Niveau

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung mit CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools, die du bereits regelmäßig in deiner bisherigen Arbeit oder eigenen Projekten eingesetzt hast
  • echte Begeisterung für Düfte, Kosmetik und Pflege – von Luxus bis Naturkosmetik
  • eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Offenheit für Feedback

Du musst noch nicht jedes Tool perfekt beherrschen. Wichtig ist, dass Creation- und KI-Tools bereits zu deiner Arbeitsweise gehören und du Lust hast, dein Wissen schnell auszubauen

  • KI als tägliches Werkzeug: Weniger Routine bedeutet mehr Zeit für Ideen, Gestaltung und Produktion.
