Als Gesicht unserer Marke stehst du vor der Kamera, machst Markenbeauty für alle zugänglich und prägst, wie sich easycosmetic anfühlt.

In einem brandneuen Videostudio und Office gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer Brand mit. Über 40.000 Beautyprodukte und mehr als 450 Marken sind deine Spielwiese.

Deine Aufgaben

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der strategischen Content-Entwicklung und der professionellen Steuerung der Umsetzung.

  • Du erstellst selbst Content und stehst regelmäßig als Markengesicht vor der Kamera.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Content-Strategie für Instagram, Facebook, TikTok und weitere relevante Plattformen weiter.
  • Du übersetzt Analysen unseres Performance-Teams in kreative Hypothesen, Content-Varianten und skalierbare Formate.
  • Du konzipierst Reels, Stories, Kampagnenideen sowie Creator- und UGC-Formate – von der Hook bis zum CTA.
  • Du beobachtest Trends in Social Media, Beauty, Kosmetik, Duft und Pflege und entscheidest, was zu easycosmetic passt.
  • Du begleitest Produktionen vom Briefing über Shooting und Postproduktion bis zur Ausspielung.
  • Du nutzt KI routiniert für Recherche, Konzeption, Varianten, Briefings, Organisation und Dokumentation und entwickelst unsere Workflows weiter.
  • Du sicherst Qualität, Timings und eine konsistente Markenwirkung über alle Produktionsschritte hinweg.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen: Beauty. Strategie. Performance. KI. Kreativität. Sichtbarkeit.

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre im Social-Media- oder Content-Umfeld gearbeitet und erfolgreiche Formate, Kampagnen oder Kanäle mitentwickelt. Idealerweise bringst du mit:

  • fundierte Berufserfahrung in Social Media, Content Creation oder Creative Marketing
  • ein überzeugendes Portfolio mit Social-Media-Formaten oder eigenen Produktionen
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse von Instagram, Facebook und TikTok
  • Erfahrung darin, Performance-Erkenntnisse in kreative Maßnahmen zu übersetzen
  • ein gutes Gespür für Hooks, Storytelling, Marken und Social-Media-Ästhetik
  • praktische KI-Erfahrung, die bereits fester Bestandteil deiner bisherigen Arbeit war
  • echte Affinität zu Düften, Kosmetik und Pflege – von Luxus bis Naturkosmetik
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C2-Niveau

Nice to have

  • sichere Kenntnisse in Studiotechnik, Kamera, Lichtsetzung, Tonaufnahme und Bildkomposition
  • einen sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Produktions-, Publishing- und Projektmanagement-Tools
  • eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und verbindliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, easycosmetic authentisch vor der Kamera zu repräsentieren

Du musst nicht jedes System bereits bis ins letzte Detail kennen. Wichtig ist, dass professionelle Creation- und KI-Tools fest zu deiner bisherigen Arbeitsweise gehören und du dich schnell in neue Anwendungen einarbeitest.
