Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen und Zusatzvereinbarungen
  • Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Mitarbeiterstammdaten in Personio als zentrale Datenquelle für alle HR-Prozesse
  • Vorbereitung personalrelevanter Dokumente, z. B. Bescheinigungen, Arbeitszeugnisse und weitere HR-Dokumente
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei HR-administrativen Fragen und Vertragsthemen
  • Unterstützung unserer Payroll Specialist bei der Abrechnungsvorbereitung, Datenpflege und Plausibilitätschecks
  • Kontrolle von Arbeitszeiten, Abwesenheiten und abrechnungsrelevanten Daten
  • Erkennen, Prüfen und Klären von Unstimmigkeiten in HR- und Payroll-relevanten Daten

Dein Profil

  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in der HR-Administration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Personio – du kennst das System, verstehst Datenzusammenhänge und kannst es sicher bedienen; Grundkenntnisse sind Minimum, gute Kenntnisse klar von Vorteil
  • Sehr gutes Prozess- und Zahlenverständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und nicht nur einzelne Aufgaben abzuarbeiten
  • Freude an administrativen Prozessen, Datenpflege, klaren Strukturen und sauber dokumentierten Abläufen
  • Interesse am Thema Payroll und die Bereitschaft, dich in abrechnungsrelevante Prozesse einzuarbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientiertes Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und internen Schnittstellen
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau ist zwingend erforderlich – du formulierst schriftlich präzise, sicher und professionell

Nice to have

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Payroll oder Entgeltabrechnung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- oder Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrung mit Zeitwirtschaftssystemen
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
