Filiale de l’énergéticien suisse Axpo (6000 collaborateurs à travers le Monde), nous produisons une électricité renouvelable, décarbonée et compétitive. Pour cela, nous concevons, développons, construisons et exploitons des ouvrages photovoltaïques performants et innovants.

Missions :

En intégrant le service Prospection, rattaché.e au département Centrales au Sol, en tant que Chargé d'Affaires Prospection F/H/NB en CDI , vous assurez la constitution d’un portefeuille de projets photovoltaïques au sol. Vous travaillez sur l’identification et la qualification de terrains potentiels, l’analyse de faisabilité technique et réglementaire, la négociation commerciale jusqu’à la sécurisation foncière avec le propriétaire.

A ce titre, vous assurez les missions suivantes :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre un plan d’action de prospection adapté aux opportunités et contraintes de votre territoire,
  • Assurer l'identification d'opportunités foncières sur votre territoire (collectivités, propriétaires privés, entreprises, exploitations agricoles etc)Visiteretc) Visiter le site, et réaliser l'analyse de faisabilité du projet (réglementaire et technique),
  • Analyser les enjeux et organiser la concertation locale,
  • Constituer une offre technique et financière adaptée au projet, l’argumenter et la négocier auprès du propriétaire foncier,
  • Négocier les accords de maîtrise foncière,
  • Développer un réseau d'apporteurs d'affaires,
  • Répondre à des appels d’offres publics ou privés – constituer les dossiers de réponses,
  • Auditer les dossiers de projets en acquisition,
  • Développer et animer le réseau territorial de l’entreprise sur votre territoire.

Profil recherché :

  • Issu.e idéalement d'une formation de type Bac + 5, vous justifiez de 2 ans d'expérience en qualité de Prospecteur foncier minimum, dans le domaine des ENR/Environnement/Carrières/Immobilier,
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautique (pack office),
  • Vous avez connaissance de la réglementation et de l’environnement technico-économique spécifique à cette activité,
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé.e et rigoureux.se,
  • Le permis de conduire est requis sur ce poste.
