The posting

Rejoignez Urbasolar et donnez à vos analyses un impact concret sur le déploiement de l'énergie solaire. Vous accompagnez les équipes opérationnelles dans le pilotage économique de nos centrales solaires, au sein d'une équipe Controlling engagée et collaborative.

Vos missions :

  • Analyser les écarts entre prévisions et réalisé, et participer à la définition des actions de suivi adaptées
  • Suivre les budgets, engagements, dépenses, prévisions et principaux indicateurs de performance
  • Accompagner les équipes projets dans la compréhension et le pilotage des enjeux économiques de leurs opérations
  • Produire et fiabiliser les reportings à destination des équipes opérationnelles et du management
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des outils, processus et méthodes de contrôle de gestion
  • Contribuer aux clôtures comptables : fournir les données de gestion, garantir l'analytique, collaborer avec les Commissaires aux Comptes

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes diplômé·e d'une formation supérieure en finance, contrôle de gestion, gestion ou école de commerce/ingénieur avec une solide composante financière
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion, idéalement dans la construction, les infrastructures, les projets industriels ou les énergies renouvelables
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais professionnel pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs français et internationaux
  • Rigoureux·se, structuré·e et pragmatique, vous avez le goût des chiffres et savez rendre une information complexe lisible
  • Vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie pour accompagner les équipes opérationnelles et faire évoluer les outils de suivi
  • Même si vous ne cochez pas toutes les cases, nous serons heureux de découvrir votre candidature
