🎯 ¿Cuál será tu propósito principal?

Responsable de gestionar, monitorear y optimizar el gasto en infraestructura cloud de la compañía, garantizando la visibilidad, trazabilidad y eficiencia del consumo tecnológico, en línea con los objetivos de rentabilidad del negocio.

Actúa como nexo entre las áreas de Infraestructura/Tecnología y Finanzas, transformando el consumo técnico en información financiera clara y accionable, e impulsando una cultura FinOps de responsabilidad compartida sobre los costos cloud dentro de los equipos técnicos.

👩‍💻 ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Monitorear y analizar el consumo y los costos asociados a los servicios cloud, identificando desvíos respecto del presupuesto y generando alertas tempranas que permitan anticipar impactos y tomar acciones correctivas.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos de costos por proyecto, cliente y/o servicio, asegurando la trazabilidad del gasto y brindando información que contribuya a la toma de decisiones y a la definición de pricing.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias y políticas de optimización de costos, aplicando prácticas como right-sizing, reserved instances, eliminación de recursos ociosos y tagging, entre otras.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con los equipos de Infraestructura y Desarrollo, promoviendo la incorporación de criterios de eficiencia de costos y prácticas de arquitectura cost-aware desde las etapas de diseño e implementación.
  • Gestionar la relación con proveedores de servicios de tecnología, participando en la negociación y gestión de contratos, acuerdos comerciales, descuentos por volumen y procesos de renovación, buscando optimizar costos y condiciones.

Requisitos

🔍 ¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en posiciones vinculadas a infraestructura cloud, gestión y optimización de costos de IT o control de gestión aplicado a Tecnología.
  • Experiencia trabajando con proveedores de servicios (AWS, Azure o GCP) en entornos productivos.
  • Conocimiento de modelos de pricing cloud: on-demand, reserved instances, savings plans y spot instances.
  • Conocimientos sobre fundamentos de arquitectura cloud: cómputo, almacenamiento, redes, contenedores y Kubernetes.
  • Conocimiento de conceptos y prácticas de tagging, cost allocation y unit economics.
  • Conocimientos financieros aplicados a Tecnología: presupuestación, forecasting y análisis de variaciones y desvíos.
  • Manejo de herramientas nativas de gestión y análisis de costos cloud, como AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management y/o GCP Billing.
  • Experiencia en empresas de servicios tecnológicos con modelos de facturación a clientes por consumo y/o proyecto.
  • Conocimiento del FinOps Framework y sus principales prácticas de gestión y optimización.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y/o Google Sheets para modelado, análisis y seguimiento de datos.

Deseables:

  • Certificación FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP), finalizada o en curso.
  • Certificaciones vinculadas a tecnologías cloud, como AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals / Administrator o Google Cloud Digital Leader.
  • Experiencia en automatización para extracciones de datos de consumo y reportería.
