🎯 ¿Cuál será tu propósito principal?

Liderar proyectos tecnológicos de principio a fin, asegurando la planificación, el seguimiento y el cumplimiento de objetivos de alcance, plazos, esfuerzo y calidad, anticipando riesgos y desvíos, facilitando la toma de decisiones y garantizando una comunicación clara entre equipos, sponsors, áreas involucradas y clientes internos.

💪 ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Liderar la planificación y dimensionamiento de los proyectos, incluyendo estimación de tareas, esfuerzos, plazos, dependencias, alcance, objetivos, cronogramas, riesgos y principales hitos.
  • Realizar el seguimiento continuo del avance de los proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los compromisos asumidos.
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos, desvíos, bloqueos y dependencias, facilitando su resolución o escalamiento oportuno.
  • Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento, revisiones de alcance, análisis de riesgos y cierres de proyecto.
  • Consolidar información de equipos técnicos y stakeholders, y elaborar reportes de estado para la gerencia, comunicando avances, decisiones e impedimentos.
  • Asegurar la correcta documentación y trazabilidad (acuerdos, cambios de alcance, hitos y horas imputadas), aplicar estándares de gestión, proponer mejoras y acompañar el cierre formal de los proyectos con registro de resultados y aprendizajes.

Requisitos

🔍 Para desempeñarte en este rol, necesitás contar con:

  • Entre 6 y 8 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando proyectos completos, desde su inicio hasta el cierre.
  • Formación universitaria completa en Ingeniería, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en proyectos tecnológicos de desarrollo de software y en el trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia en la comunicación con sponsors, áreas involucradas y clientes internos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de gestión de proyectos bajo metodologías PMBOK, Scrum o esquemas híbridos.
  • Experiencia en la definición y gestión de alcance, criterios de aceptación y control formal de cambios.
  • Capacidad para armar y gestionar cronogramas, dependencias, rutas críticas, líneas base y replanificaciones.
  • Experiencia en la identificación, el análisis y el seguimiento de riesgos e impedimentos.
  • Habilidad para gestionar stakeholders y desarrollar una comunicación clara a nivel ejecutivo.
  • Experiencia en la documentación, el cierre formal de proyectos y el registro de lecciones aprendidas.

Será un plus si contás con:

  • Certificación PMP, CAPM, PSM I o formación de posgrado o diplomatura relacionada con gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia utilizando Excel, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, sistemas de timesheet o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Capacidad para analizar y proponer mejoras en herramientas, procesos y metodologías de gestión.
  • Predisposición para capacitarse en las herramientas internas de la compañía.
