🕘 Jornada full time, de lunes a viernes de 9 a 18 hs.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu propósito principal?

Buscamos una persona que tome un rol protagonista en la gestión de Gobierno, Riesgo y Cumplimiento (GRC) en Seguridad de la Información, con foco en el desarrollo, mantenimiento y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad de la Información (SGSI) de Urbetrack, en alineación con ISO 27001.

Será una posición transversal, con interacción constante con equipos técnicos y de negocio, y tendrá un rol clave en el proceso de transformación y profesionalización de la compañía.

Es una oportunidad para asumir un gran desafío dentro de una empresa en plena expansión regional, siendo protagonista de cambios que impactarán directamente en la forma en que trabajamos y gestionamos la Seguridad de la Información.

👩‍💻 ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Gestionar y desarrollar el SGSI, asegurando su mantenimiento, documentación, evidencias, revisiones y mejora continua conforme a ISO 27001.
  • Gestionar los riesgos de Seguridad de la Información: identificación, evaluación, tratamiento y seguimiento.
  • Coordinar auditorías, certificaciones y assessments de clientes y terceros.
  • Preparar evidencias, atender requerimientos, gestionar hallazgos y realizar seguimiento de planes de remediación.
  • Evaluar el cumplimiento y efectividad de controles de seguridad, trabajando transversalmente con distintas áreas técnicas.
  • Definir, mantener y actualizar políticas, normas, procedimientos, estándares y lineamientos de Seguridad de la Información.
  • Gestionar el seguimiento de vulnerabilidades, incidentes, excepciones y desvíos.
  • Coordinar acciones correctivas y planes de remediación junto con las áreas responsables.
  • Gestionar riesgos de proveedores y terceros y sus requerimientos de seguridad.
  • Definir métricas, indicadores y reportes de Seguridad de la Información.
  • Coordinar iniciativas de capacitación y concientización sobre Seguridad de la Información.

Requisitos

🔍 ¿Qué esperamos de vos?

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Experiencia liderando procesos de implementación, mantenimiento y/o certificación de ISO 27001.
  • 3 años o más de experiencia en posiciones vinculadas a Gobierno, Riesgo y Cumplimiento (GRC) en Seguridad de la Información.
  • Experiencia coordinando con equipos técnicos y de negocio la implementación y seguimiento de controles de seguridad, traduciendo requerimientos de cumplimiento en acciones concretas. Evaluación de terceros.
  • Experiencia en gestión de riesgos, controles de seguridad, auditorías y seguimiento de planes de remediación.
  • Experiencia preparando y gestionando evidencias, hallazgos, assessments y requerimientos de seguridad.
  • Formación universitaria o terciaria en Sistemas, Informática, Seguridad de la Información, Ciberseguridad, Tecnología o carreras afines.

  • Criterio para evaluar situaciones y proponer soluciones acordes al contexto del negocio.
  • Capacidad para gestionar proyectos y realizar seguimiento de múltiples iniciativas.
  • Autonomía, organización y orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Capacidad para comunicar avances, desvíos y riesgos a diferentes niveles de la organización.

👍🏻 Será un plus si contás con:

  • Certificaciones o experiencia vinculada a ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor.
  • Certificaciones como CISM, CISSP, CRISC u otras equivalentes.
  • Experiencia en organizaciones tecnológicas, SaaS o entornos de infraestructura/cloud complejos.
  • Conocimientos de IAM, mínimo privilegio y segregación de funciones.
  • Conocimientos generales de cloud, infraestructura, redes, bases de datos, desarrollo y DevSecOps.
  • Experiencia con herramientas GRC, ticketing o gestión de proyectos.
