Für den Ausbildungsstart im August/September 2027 suchen wir Dich als neues Teammitglied für unsere IT-Infrastruktur. Während Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du die vielfältigen Aufgabenbereiche einer modernen Unternehmens-IT kennen und baust Dir Schritt für Schritt ein breites fachliches Wissen auf. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche IT-Landschaft mit spannenden Technologien, vielseitigen Aufgaben und interessanten Projekten, an denen Du aktiv mitwirken kannst. Dabei stehen Dir erfahrene Kolleg*innen jederzeit zur Seite. Eine strukturierte Einarbeitung, gegenseitige Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe sind für uns selbstverständlich.

Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den einzelnen Fachbereichen und dem unternehmensweiten Fokus auf IT-Sicherheit bietet sich Dir die Möglichkeit auch über den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen.

Was Du bei uns bewegst

Neben den theoretischen Kenntnissen, die Dir begleitend in der Berufsschule vermittelt werden, erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben bei uns im operativen Tagesgeschäft:

  • Administration, Überwachung und Monitoring der heterogenen IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerkumgebung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur und deren Prozesse
  • Unterstützung der Anwender*innen bei IT-Problemen
  • Projektbetreuung zur Einführung neuer Soft- und Hardware
  • Gewährleistung des sicheren und unterbrechungsfreien Betriebs unserer IT-Infrastruktur

Was Du mitbringst

MUST HAVE

  • Guter Realschulabschluss
  • Gute Noten in den MINT-Fächern (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik)
  • Mathematisch-technisches Verständnis
  • Affinität für Technik
  • Geduld und Ausdauer bei Problemanalysen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

NICE TO HAVE

  • Fachhochschulreife oder Abitur
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit PCs und dem Internet
  • Interesse für Themen der Informationssicherheit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
