Was Du bei uns bewegst

Du unterstützt unser Customer Success Management – einen zentralen Bestandteil unseres Fachvertriebs. In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du nicht nur klassische Aufgaben im Sales Support, sondern arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und bringst Dich operativ in vielseitige Themenfelder ein. In enger Abstimmung mit unseren usd Fachbereichen sowie den Abteilungen Finance und Legal gestaltest Du reibungslose Prozesse und trägst aktiv zu unserer Mission more security bei. Im Wesentlichen kommen folgende Aufgaben auf Dich zu:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Bestelleingängen sowie Unterstützung im gesamten Vertriebs- und Abwicklungsprozess
  • Gestaltung, Erstellung und Aufbereitung vertriebsrelevanter Unterlagen wie Angebote, Beraterprofile und Präsentationen
  • Pflege, Neuanlage und Anpassung von Projekten sowie Kundenstammdaten im CRM-System
  • Qualifizierung von eingehenden Kundenanfragen und Ausschreibungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektabrechnung sowie Klärung offener Rechnungsfragen
  • Betreuung eines definierten Kundenportfolios im Rahmen standardisierter Dienstleistungen
  • Organisation und Pflege der zentralen E-Mail-Postfächer zur effizienten Kommunikation und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Beantwortung und Koordination von Kundenfragebögen und Informationsanforderungen

Ob Teilzeit oder Vollzeit: Die Position kann mit 30 bis 40 Stunden pro Woche ausgeübt werden.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Vorausschauendes und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln sowie hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
