Was Du bei uns bewegst

Du bist Teil unseres Teams von Studierenden, das über Standortgrenzen hinweg gemeinsam an Projekten arbeitet und unsere Pentester*innen und Security Consultants bei ihrer Arbeit unterstützt. Die Vielfalt an Tätigkeitsfeldern in unserem HeroLab ist groß. Folgende Aufzählung stellt daher nur eine Auswahl an Aufgaben dar:

  • Mitverantwortlichkeit für (Weiter-) Entwicklung von internen Tools und Leistungen
  • Aufbereitung und Erstellung von Schwachstellenbeschreibungen
  • Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung von Schulungen und Live Hacks für unsere Kunden
  • Erstellen von Challenges für das usd PentestLab, die zur internen Weiterbildung, für Vorlesungen und Veranstaltungen genutzt werden

Je nach persönlicher Entwicklung übernimmst Du mehr Verantwortung über Themengebiete und erhältst die Möglichkeit in Kundenprojekten mitzuwirken. Darüber hinaus steigst Du in höhere Kompetenzstufen auf, an die noch weitere Benefits und Gehälter geknüpft sind.

Was Du mitbringst

In erster Linie hast Du richtig Lust, Dich mit Themen der IT Security zu beschäftigen und Dich bei uns im usd HeroLab einzubringen. Außerdem bringst Du Folgendes mit:

  • Du bist Student*in (all gender) der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik oder eines verwandten Studiengangs
  • Du besitzt ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis rund um das Thema Betriebssysteme und IT-Netzwerke
  • Du konntest bereits praktische Erfahrungen, bspw. durch Capture the Flag (CTFs) oder Hacking Events, sammeln
  • Du bist zuverlässig, zeigst Eigeninitiative und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit Dich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Im usd HeroLab wird die technische Sicherheitskompetenz der usd gebündelt. Hier arbeiten unsere exzellent ausgebildeten Security Analyst*innen, Forensiker*innen und Entwickler*innen mit den Schwerpunkten Pentests, Code Reviews, digitale Forensik, Security Scans und Bug Bounty Services.
