The posting

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and qualify potential customers and build a strong, consistent sales pipeline for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers through databases, LinkedIn, social media, industry directories, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media messages.
  • Introduce our company and services professionally and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, company size, industry, and potential interest.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Female candidate.
  • Excellent Kurdish and Arabic communication skills.
  • Strong conversational and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional communication style.
  • Good English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.
  • Good research and internet skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, and social media platforms is preferred.
