Somos UTEC (Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología). Nuestra propuesta formativa integra los conocimientos especializados en ingeniería, computación y negocios.

Como Analista de Bienestar Organizacional

Tus retos serán:

  • Diseño y ejecución del plan de actividades de Bienestar (actividades en modalidad presencial y virtual, plan de nutrición, campeonatos deportivos, etc.)
  • Diseño y ejecución del plan de salud mental (charlas y material en diversos temas de psicología)
  • Gestión de seguros, afiliaciones y exclusiones a la EPS, Oncológico, SCTR, Vida Ley y FOLA a los colaboradores
  • Facturación y distribución de gastos de seguros EPS, FOLA, Oncológico, SCTR, EMOs y Vida Ley.
  • Seguimiento de casos médicos en coordinación con la médico y enfermera ocupacional.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de subsidios, cálculos remunerativos, revisión de documentación para su ingreso en Essalud
  • Llevar los indicadores del área de bienestar (% de participación y % de satisfacción en actividades de bienestar, descansos médicos, EMO´s, etc.)

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Egresados de las carreras de Trabajo social, administración y/o psicología.
  • Conocimiento en el desarrollo de planes de bienestar y gestión de beneficios organizacionales
  • Experiencia en la gestión de seguros, afiliaciones y exclusiones a la EPS, Oncológico, SCTR, Vida Ley y FOLA a los colaboradores
  • Conocimiento de los procesos de facturación y distribución de gastos de seguros EPS, FOLA, Oncológico, SCTR, EMOs y Vida Ley.
  • Manejo de la gestión de reportes de descansos médicos/subsidios y licencias y su respectiva reportería a nómina.
  • Seguimiento a casos médicos.
  • Gestión en recupero de subsidios, cálculos remunerativos, revisión de documentación para su ingreso en Essalud
  • Ofimática nivel intermedio
