¿Cuáles serán tus retos?

  • Estarás a cargo del dictado del curso Programación 101, fundamental para el desarrollo de competencias en análisis de datos e inteligencia artificial.
  • Diseñarás, prepararás y actualizarás el material de clases alineado con las mejores prácticas de enseñanza de Python y las herramientas más utilizadas en ciencia de datos.
  • Evaluarás el desempeño de los estudiantes a través de prácticas, exámenes, proyectos y estudios de caso que integren programación, manipulación de datos y visualización.
  • Fomentarás la comprensión profunda de estructuras de datos, algoritmos eficientes y el uso de bibliotecas especializadas como NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib y Seaborn.
  • Guiarás el desarrollo de soluciones prácticas orientadas a la resolución de problemas reales mediante programación estructurada, análisis de complejidad y manipulación efectiva de datasets.

¿Qué buscamos?

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Fundamentos de Python: Dominio de tipos de datos, funciones, manipulación de strings, estructuras de control (selectivas, repetitivas y anidadas) y programación funcional.
  • Estructuras de datos: Experiencia trabajando con listas, tuplas, diccionarios, sets, matrices, técnicas de slicing y list comprehensions.
  • Manejo de archivos y módulos: Capacidad para enseñar lectura/escritura de archivos, manejo de excepciones, y organización de código mediante módulos y paquetes.
  • Análisis de complejidad y algoritmos: Conocimiento en análisis de tiempo y complejidad computacional, así como diseño e implementación de algoritmos recursivos.
  • NumPy: Experiencia en manipulación de arrays, operaciones matemáticas y álgebra lineal aplicada a inteligencia artificial.
  • Pandas: Dominio en creación y manipulación de DataFrames, selección e indexación de datos, indexación jerárquica y booleana, combinación de datasets (concat, append, merge, join), agregación y agrupamiento.
  • Visualización de datos: Experiencia práctica con Matplotlib y Seaborn para la creación de gráficos informativos y efectivos.

Deseables:

  • Experiencia en el uso de bases de datos en aplicaciones de machine learning y analítica avanzada.
  • Experiencia previa en docencia de posgrado o programas de formación profesional.
  • Participación en proyectos de ciencia de datos o IA que involucren programación en Python, análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos y visualización.
  • Conocimiento práctico de mejores prácticas de programación, debugging y optimización de código.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de material didáctico interactivo, notebooks de Jupyter y ejercicios prácticos aplicados a casos reales.
