En UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Asistente de Operaciones

¿Cuáles serán tus retos?

  • Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a requerimientos operativos hasta su cierre. Coordinar actividades administrativas, logísticas y de soporte para programas y eventos.
  • Atender consultas de clientes internos y externos, buscando soluciones y realizando seguimiento.
  • Revisar información, documentos y registros, asegurando precisión y consistencia.
  • Mantener actualizadas bases de datos, controles y herramientas de seguimiento.
  • Elaborar reportes y apoyar en la generación de indicadores y dashboards.
  • Identificar oportunidades para simplificar, digitalizar y automatizar procesos.
  • Proponer mejoras que permitan reducir tareas manuales, errores y tiempos de atención.
  • Coordinar con distintas áreas y proveedores para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las actividades.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares
  • Experiencia en gestión, rediseño y mejora de procesos, así como en organización de eventos.
  • Manejo de Excel y/o Google Sheets a nivel avanzado.
  • Manejo de Power BI a nivel intermedio.
  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos, reportes y herramientas de seguimiento
  • Capacidad para analizar datos y proponer soluciones rápidas y efectivas.
  • Habilidades destacadas en trabajo en equipo, orientación al cliente, capacidad de análisis y alta capacidad resolutiva.
  • Deseable experiencia en automatización y mejora de procesos.
  • Deseable conocimiento de Looker Studio, AppSheet, Power Automate, Google Apps Script u otras herramientas similares.
