En UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Director(a) de Experiencia Universitaria. La Dirección de Experiencia Universitaria tiene el reto de diseñar, liderar y potenciar una experiencia integral que acompañe a nuestros estudiantes durante todo su recorrido universitario, promoviendo su bienestar, desarrollo personal, éxito académico, empleabilidad y sentido de pertenencia a nuestra comunidad.

¿Cuáles serán tus retos?

  • Gestionar las estrategias de bienestar, salud mental, vida universitaria, inclusión y diversidad.
  • Asegurar la excelencia de los servicios académicos y administrativos que impactan la experiencia estudiantil.
  • Potenciar la empleabilidad de estudiantes y egresados mediante programas, alianzas y experiencias de desarrollo profesional.
  • Impulsar las iniciativas de internacionalización que fortalezcan la exposición global de nuestros estudiantes.
  • Liderar iniciativas que impulsen la permanencia, éxito académico y desarrollo integral de los estudiantes.
  • Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con empresas, universidades y organizaciones nacionales e internacionales.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios promoviendo una cultura de innovación, colaboración y mejora continua.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional con grado de Maestría en Educación, Administración, Gestión Universitaria, Psicología, Ciencias Sociales o carreras afines.
  • Más de 6 años de experiencia liderando áreas relacionadas a experiencia estudiantil, bienestar universitario, servicios académicos o servicios centrados en el usuario.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de alto desempeño y gestionando proyectos estratégicos
  • Conocimiento de indicadores de experiencia, retención, permanencia, empleabilidad y satisfacción estudiantil.
  • Capacidad para construir relaciones estratégicas con stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Conocimientos de temas de diversidad e inclusión (deseable)
  • Inglés avanzado.
