1） 学习并参与自动驾驶行为决策和运动规划模块的算法开发和功能验证。 2） 配合项目需求，进行决策规划算法的落地适配和优化调试。 3） 学习并承担决策规划模块的版本交付和项目日常维护。

1） 2025届应届毕业生。硕士及以上学历，博士优先。 2） 了解自动驾驶规划模块软件架构；了解常用决策规划方法，熟悉至少一种行为决策和运动规划算法。 3） 具备良好的数学能力，熟悉几何、统计、基本的优化方法等。 4） 具备一定的Linux环境开发经验；具有良好的编程功底以及代码实现能力，掌握C++编程语言的算法开发。 5） 满足如下条件可优先考虑：具备自动驾驶决策规划实际项目经验；曾在自动驾驶决策与运动规划领域内期刊或会议发表论文；在知名比赛中取得优异成绩；具备丰富的车辆驾驶经验。 6） 英语CET-6或以上，口语流利，能阅读外文资料。 7） 追求卓越，有很强的自我驱动能力和学习能力，并有强烈意愿将技术转化为实际产品；具备良好的团队合作精神、严密的逻辑思维能力以及高效沟通能力。
