1.负责高阶自动驾驶决策与规划系统的研发迭代； 2.负责决策逻辑与运动规划算法的协同研发、效果验证与产品落地，提升复杂场景下的决策与规划能力； 3.研究并设计自动驾驶决策算法，包括但不限于行为决策、交互决策等核心模块； 4.研究并设计自动驾驶规划算法，包括但不限于横向规划，纵向规划，Openspace轨迹规划等核心模块。

1.2027届应届毕业生。 研究生以上学历，博士优先 2. 熟悉自动驾驶运动规划架构与算法：熟悉基于搜索、基于优化的决策方法，以及基于采样、基于优化的轨迹规划算法； 3. 熟悉基于运动学/动力学模型的优化算法，有带挂车模型或四轮转向模型的经验者优先； 4. 具备良好的数学能力，熟悉几何、统计、基本的优化方法等； 5. 具备Linux系统下的开发经验；具有扎实的编程功底以及代码实现能力，精通基于c++/Python的算法开发； 6. 满足如下条件可优先考虑：具备自动驾驶运动规划研发经验或量产经验，曾独立负责或深度参与过横向规划特性开发；曾在自动驾驶决策与运动规划领域内顶级期刊或会议发表论文；在知名比赛中取得优异成绩； 7. 英语CET-6级或以上，口语流利，能阅读外文资料； 8. 追求卓越，有很强的自我驱动能力和学习能力，并有强烈意愿将技术转化为实际产品；具备良好的团队合作精神、严密的逻辑思维能力以及高效沟通能力；
