Ben jij een krak in administratie, sterk met cijfers, commercieel ingesteld en zeer klantgericht? Dan hebben wij goed nieuws, want Panama Group is op zoek naar een logistiek administratief talent!

Als spilfiguur tussen klant en logistiek zorg jij voor een vlotte planning, strakke opvolging en feilloze administratie.

Panama Group is actief in outsourced sales, events, brand activation en brand logistics en dat merk je aan de afwisseling en energie die hier elke dag aanwezig is.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begint met een check-in bij onze klanten via telefoon of mail om te weten wat ze nodig hebben
  • Je kijkt ook of er nieuwe aanvragen zijn binnengekomen via ons intern portaal – van klanten of collega’s op de baan
  • Alles wordt nauwkeurig verwerkt in Excel. Je maakt pickinglijsten voor het logistieke team, zodat zij de pakketten efficiënt kunnen samenstellen
  • Je regelt verzendetiketten en zorgt dat elk pakket op de juiste bestemming geraakt
  • Je volgt zendingen op en onderneemt actie wanneer er iets misgaat (denk aan beschadigde of verloren pakketten)
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte facturatie en geeft die door aan de boekhouding

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een administratieve of logistieke opleiding gevolgd en al enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Nederlands beheers je perfect, en ook in het Frans en Engels trek je je vlot uit de slag
  • Excel en de rest van Microsoft Office? Helemaal jouw ding
  • Je weet hoe je moet plannen, prioriteiten stelt zonder stress
  • Je denkt klantgericht
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk, bent proactief en denkt in oplossingen
  • Flexibel ingesteld, bereid om bij te springen wanneer nodig
  • En ja, je kan werken in een omgeving waar het soms even alle kanten uitgaat – je houdt van die drive
  • Je bent een zelfstandige werker met een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
