  • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe de compradores, acompanhando resultados e produtividade.
  • Elaborar e implementar estratégias de compras alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa.
  • Conduzir negociações com fornecedores, buscando as melhores condições comerciais, preços, prazos de pagamento e entrega.
  • Prospectar, homologar e desenvolver novos fornecedores, ampliando as alternativas de abastecimento.
  • Analisar indicadores de desempenho da área de compras e propor melhorias contínuas.
  • Monitorar o giro de estoque, a cobertura, os prazos médios de reposição e os níveis de ruptura.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de saving, custos de aquisição, nível de serviço e eficiência das negociações.
  • Garantir o equilíbrio entre disponibilidade de produtos, níveis de estoque e capital investido.
  • Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e melhoria dos processos de compras.
  • Desenvolver parcerias estratégicas com fornecedores, buscando competitividade, qualidade e confiabilidade no abastecimento.
  • Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe e estabelecer metas e planos de ação para alcançar os resultados esperados.
  • Experiência sólida na área de compras, preferencialmente em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Experiência com compras estratégicas e gestão de suprimentos.
  • Experiência comprovada em negociação comercial e desenvolvimento de fornecedores.
  • Vivência em gestão de equipes, com capacidade de liderança, organização e tomada de decisão.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e ferramentas de análise de dados.
  • Conhecimento em importação
