Als Senior Key Account Manager (w/m/d) bist Du der strategische und operative Sparringspartner für unsere größten und wichtigsten Kunden. Du kennst das klassische Consulting-Geschäft in- und auswendig – und genau deshalb weißt Du: Die beste Strategie bringt nichts, wenn sie nicht auf die Straße gebracht wird.

Bei uns verlässt Du das Projekt nicht nach der finalen Präsentation. Du nutzt deine tiefgreifende Expertise in Transformations- und Kosteneffizienzprogrammen, um den Wandel bei unseren Key Accounts nicht nur zu konzipieren, sondern mit der Valuedesk-Plattform messbar und langfristig umzusetzen. Du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen auf, übernimmst echte Ownership und siehst endlich die langfristigen Erfolge Deiner Arbeit.

Deine neuen Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Großkundenbetreuung: Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für ausgewählte Enterprise-Kunden. Du tauchst tief in deren Geschäftsmodelle ein und identifizierst proaktiv Optimierungspotenziale, die echten Wert schaffen.
  • Leitung von Implementierungsprojekten: Schluss mit Papiertigern. Du orchestrierst komplexe Change- und Transformationsprogramme. Dabei kombinierst Du deine methodische Beratungsexpertise mit unserer Software und stellst sicher, dass die Valuedesk-Plattform die Business-Anforderungen nahtlos abdeckt. Oft arbeitest Du dabei auf Augenhöhe mit externen Beratungen der Kunden zusammen.
  • Stakeholder Management auf Top-Level: Du agierst souverän auf C-Level-Ebene. Du bist nicht nur Dienstleister, sondern baust als Trusted Advisor vertrauensvolle, langfristige Partnerschaften auf.
  • Value-Driven Business Development: Du erkennst strategische Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale, weil Du die Probleme Deiner Kunden verstehst. Du wirkst maßgeblich an Pitches und der Angebotserstellung für hochkomplexe Enterprise-Deals mit.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Dein Background: Du bringst mehrjährige (5+ Jahre) Berufserfahrung in einer renommierten Managementberatung, Strategieberatung oder in einer anspruchsvollen Inhouse-Consulting-Rolle mit.
  • Deine Expertise: Du hast einen starken Track Record in der Leitung von groß angelegten Transformationsprojekten, Restrukturierungen oder Margen-/Kosteneffizienzprogrammen.
  • Dein Kundenfokus: Die Navigation durch komplexe Matrixorganisationen und die strategische Entwicklung von Enterprise-Kunden auf Top-Management-Ebene sind Dein tägliches Brot.
  • Deine Fähigkeiten: Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz gepaart mit einem unbedingten Willen zur Umsetzung. Du willst Dinge nicht nur durchdenken, sondern auch zum Leben erwecken.
  • Deine Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein souveränes, empathisches Auftreten, das auch in kritischen Projektphasen für Vertrauen sorgt.
