In dieser spannenden Schnittstellenrolle als Solution Consultant (w/m/d) arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Teams aus Sales und Product Management zusammen. Du begleitest unsere potenziellen Kunden, sobald es konzeptionell sowie technisch in die Tiefe geht und führst sie nachhaltig zum Erfolg.

Deine neuen Aufgaben:

  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für potenzielle Kunden in allen fachlichen und technischen Fragen, um Vertrauen in unsere Lösungen für Kostenoptimierungs- und Effizienzprogramme zu schaffen
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Konzepte, die Du für unsere Kunden entwickelst, umsetzbar und mit den realen Möglichkeiten kompatibel sind – von der ersten Idee bis hin zur konkreten Implementierung
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, übernimmst die strategische Beratung von Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass Valuedesk die ideale Lösung darstellt
  • In der Konzeptionsphase planst Du gemeinsam mit dem Customer Success die Implementierung, um nach der Vertragsunterschrift einen nahtlosen Übergang zu ermöglichen - so wird sichergestellt, dass der Kunde kontinuierlich betreut und erfolgreich eingebunden wird
  • Du stehst in regelmäßigem Austausch mit dem Product Management, um Herausforderungen, Machbarkeiten oder notwendige Anpassungen frühzeitig zu besprechen und die Kundenanforderungen optimal zu erfüllen
  • Gelegentlich repräsentierst Du Valuedesk auf Konferenzen, Messen und Networking-Events, knüpfst Kontakte zu potenziellen Kunden und erweiterst dein Netzwerk in der Branche

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast idealerweise ein Studium mit wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus der Unternehmensberatung oder aus Industrieunternehmen mit, speziell in den Bereichen Consulting, Prozessentwicklung und Projektmanagement
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, das komplexe technische und wirtschaftliche Konzepte einfach und überzeugend darstellt, um Kunden zu begeistern
  • Du überzeugst durch sicheres Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und kannst langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden aufbauen und pflegen
  • Du verstehst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden auf Anhieb und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte, praktikable Konzepte, die die Kundenbedürfnisse bestmöglich adressieren
  • Du bist bereit, gelegentlich zu Kundenbesuchen und Veranstaltungen zu reisen und Valuedesk auch vor Ort zu repräsentieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
