Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) Sales unterstützt Du unser Vertriebsteam bei der Neukundengewinnung und bist häufig der erste Kontaktpunkt für potenzielle Kunden. Du lernst den Vertriebsprozess von Grund auf kennen, übernimmst eigenständig erste Aufgaben in der Akquise und entwickelst Dich Schritt für Schritt zu einem echten Sales-Profi.

Deine neuen Aufgaben:

  • Du recherchierst potenzielle Neukunden sowie relevante Ansprechpartner und legst so die Basis für unseren Vertriebserfolg
  • Du kontaktierst potenzielle Kunden telefonisch, per E-Mail oder über LinkedIn und sprichst aktiv Einladungen sowie Ersttermine aus
  • Du vereinbarst Gesprächstermine und Demos für unsere Account Executives
  • Du qualifizierst eingehende Leads aus Marketingkampagnen und prüfst ihr Potenzial
  • Du dokumentierst Deine Aktivitäten strukturiert und sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System (HubSpot)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales und Marketing Team zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen für neue Akquisewege ein

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du studierst noch mindestens ein Jahr im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Kundenkontakt oder in der Unternehmenskommunikation gesammelt
  • Du hast Lust auf Vertrieb und möchtest praktische Erfahrung im B2B-Umfeld sammeln
  • Du telefonierst gerne und kannst klar, sympathisch sowie selbstbewusst kommunizieren – auch mit Entscheidern
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig
  • Du bringst Neugier, Eigeninitiative und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
