Wat ga je doen?

Als Front office medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorg je voor een vlotte en vriendelijke check-in en check-out. Je verwelkomt gasten, controleert reserveringen en maakt sleutels of sleutelkaarten aan. Daarnaast geef je toeristische informatie en help je gasten met specifieke verzoeken, zoals het verzorgen van de wekservice of het doorgeven van boodschappen. Je zorgt ervoor dat betalingen goed verwerkt worden, zowel contant als met creditcard, en houdt toezicht op de kassa aan het einde van je dienst. Verder bedien je de telefooncentrale en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers.

Wat zouden we graag zien?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding richting horeca/toerisme of ervaring in receptiewerkzaamheden;
  • Je hebt een gastgerichte houding en biedt altijd de beste service;
  • Flexibiliteit in werkuren (inclusief weekenden en feestdagen);
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding met oog voor detail en zelfstandigheid;
