Wanneer de meeste mensen slapen, zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en gasten zich veilig en welkom voelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als nachtportier in ons hotel ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten tijdens de nacht. Je verwelkomt gasten, verzorgt het in- en uitchecken en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich direct op zijn gemak voelt. Met jouw gastvrije en professionele houding beantwoord je vragen en bied je ondersteuning waar nodig.

Tijdens je dienst houd je je daarnaast bezig met diverse werkzaamheden, zoals het voorbereiden van lunchpakketten, het uitvoeren van administratieve taken en lichte schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. Ook loop je controlerondes om de veiligheid en rust in het hotel te waarborgen.

Je werkt van 22:45 uur tot 07:15 uur in een modern hotel, samen met één collega. Het rooster wordt in overleg opgesteld, zodat er een prettig en passend werkritme ontstaat.

Wat zouden we graag zien?

  • Je hebt ervaring in administratieve werkzaamheden en nachtwerk;
  • Je werkt diensten tussen 22:45 en 7:15 uur;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent zelfstandig;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je hebt kennis van voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid en sociale hygiëne;
  • Het is belangrijk dat je nauwkeurig werkt, flexibel bent in je aanpak, goed kunt communiceren en gastvrijheid uitstraalt.
