Als Business Support Medewerker voor onze afdeling Tax & Legal ben jij de ondersteunende kracht achter onze tax en legal teams. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief en commercieel mee op rolletjes loopt.

Jouw taken omvatten voornamelijk:

  • Ondersteunen van onze tax & legal teams op administratief vlak.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en andere zakelijke documenten.
  • Contact onderhouden met collega’s om een vlotte samenwerking te garanderen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het bewaken van projectbudgetten met tijdige terugkoppeling.
  • Coördineren van de interne processen en optimaliseren van de administratie.

Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige en proactieve collega die graag meedenkt en initiatief neemt. Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting of minstens 2 jaar ervaring met administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft verbeteringen aan te kaarten.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte en collegiale houding en weet discreet om te gaan met confidentiële informatie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en leert vlot nieuwe tools aan.
