Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een passie voor accountancy en digitalisering? Werk je graag in een ondersteunende functie en wil je bijdragen aan een vlotte integratie van nieuwe klanten binnen onze dienstverlening? Dan is deze rol als (Senior) Integrations Officer perfect voor jou!

Waarom zoeken we jou? Vandelanotte groeit! Door regelmatige overnames van andere accountancykantoren verwelkomen we heel wat nieuwe klanten en dossiers. Om deze soepel te integreren in onze systemen en processen, breiden we ons team uit. Jij speelt hierin een sleutelrol door de dossiers van deze klanten te digitaliseren en in te richten volgens onze standaarden.

Wat houdt jouw job in als (Senior) Integrations Officer? In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij ervoor dat accountancy-dossiers naadloos worden geïntegreerd in ons eigen online portaal, myVandelanotte. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Aanmaken en digitaal inrichten van accountancy-dossiers.
  • Het bijwerken van de digitale boekhouding van gemigreerde dossiers, zodat onze collega's van Accountancy meteen aan de slag kunnen met btw-aangiftes en rapporteringen.
  • Converteren van dossiers vanuit verschillende boekhoudpakketten naar onze eigen accountancysoftware.
  • Integreren en koppelen van tools en ERP-software met onze systemen.

Dankzij de diversiteit van onze klanten – zowel in sectoren als bedrijfsgroottes – kun jij continu jouw kennis verdiepen en verbreden!

  • Heb je een diploma binnen accountancy of een vijftal jaar relevante praktijkervaring opgebouwd? Deze ervaring kan ook op een interne boekhoudafdeling zijn!
  • Blink je uit in administratie en werk je graag nauwkeurig?
  • Heb je een sterke interesse in ICT en digitalisatie?
  • Heb je eventueel kennis van Exact Online en CodaBox? Dat is mooi meegenomen!
  • Werk je graag volgens vaste richtlijnen en procedures, maar durf je die tegelijkertijd ook kritisch in vraag te stellen?
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en kan je goed om met tijdsdruk?
