Als Stagiair Payroll maak je als volwaardig teamlid deel uit van ons ervaren Payroll Team in Brugge of Wilrijk. Tijdens je stage krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen en je te verdiepen in de boeiende wereld van harde HR. Denk hierbij aan compensation & benefits, (internationale) payroll en personeelsadministratie. Uiteraard kan je rekenen op de nodige begeleiding en feedbackmomenten om je professioneel te ontwikkelen.

Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Ondersteunen bij de payrollverwerking, van zowel nationale alsook internationale klanten
  • Verwerken en controleren van personeelsadministratie
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van compensatie- en benefitprocessen
  • Opstellen en beheren van sociale documenten
  • Voorbereiden van rapportages en analyses
