Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Front-Office Medewerker (24-32 uur)

TheaterHotel De Oranjerie is dé culturele en culinaire ontmoetingsplek van Roermond. Midden in het historische centrum vind je ons indrukwekkende viersterrenhotel met 146 luxe hotelkamers, 12 multifunctionele vergader- en congreszalen, een sfeervol Grand Café, een stijlvol à-la-carte restaurant én een prachtig theater.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gasten en dat straal je uit. Je bent samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen bij de receptie. Je staat vanaf de reservering tot en met de check-out in contact met de gast. Je voorziet de gasten van alle informatie die ze nodig hebben. Je maakt rekeningen op en verzorgt de betaling. Ook via de telefoon sta je iedereen te woord. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik, je actieve gastvrijheid en warme ontvangst kan de gast niet anders dan terugkomen!

Naast de taken bij de hotelreceptie draag je ook zorg voor de theaterreserveringen en de theaterkassa.
