Je werkplek

Theaterhotel de Oranjerie (4****) en Het Arresthuis (5*****) zijn beiden gevestigd in het centrum van Roermond. Wij zijn een dynamische organisatie met 24/7 gasten in huis. Theaterhotel de Oranjerie beschikt over ruim 140 luxe kamers, 12 multifunctionele zalen, een grand café én een groot theater. Het Arresthuis beschikt over 40 kamers, 3 multifunctionele zalen en een restaurant. Een afwisselende en dynamische werkplek waar we ons uiterste best doen om te zorgen dat jij én onze gasten met een grote glimlach naar huis gaan.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Als front Office Stagiair(e) beheer je samen met je collega’s de receptie van het hotel. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze gasten en verblijdt hen met jouw stralende glimlach.

Wat je doet:

  • Het verwelkomen van gasten;
  • In- en uitchecken van (inter)nationale gasten;
  • Het aannemen van kamer- en restaurantreserveringen;
  • Je staat gasten telefonisch te woord;
  • Je switcht makkelijk tussen verschillende talen;
  • Het opstellen en beantwoorden van brieven en e-mails;
  • Je informeert onze gasten over de faciliteiten van het hotel en de omgeving;
  • Je handelt klachten af op een positieve wijze.

  • Je volgt een opleiding in de richting van Hospitality, Hotelmanagement, Toerisme, Horeca of Luchtvaartdienstverlening;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een stage van minimaal 5 maanden;
  • Je hebt een passie voor gastvrijheid en werkt graag samen in een team;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor ochtend-, avond- en weekenddiensten;
  • Je bent representatief, servicegericht en houdt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht;
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels. Een extra taal is mooi meegenomen;
  • Enthousiasme, een positieve instelling en leergierigheid vinden wij belangrijk.
