Je werkplek

Theaterhotel de Oranjerie (4****) en Het Arresthuis (5*****) zijn beiden gevestigd in het centrum van Roermond. Wij zijn een dynamische organisatie met 24/7 gasten in huis. Theaterhotel de Oranjerie beschikt over ruim 140 luxe kamers, 12 multifunctionele zalen, een grand café én een groot theater. Het Arresthuis beschikt over 40 kamers, 3 multifunctionele zalen en een restaurant. Een afwisselende en dynamische werkplek waar we ons uiterste best doen om te zorgen dat jij én onze gasten met een grote glimlach naar huis gaan.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Als F&B Stagiair(e) draai je volop mee in het team. Samen met je collega’s doe je er alles aan om onze gasten in één van onze restaurants een geweldige beleving te geven.

Wat je doet:

  • Voorbereiden van mise place;
  • Gasten verwelkomen;
  • Bedienen van gasten;
  • Je legt het menu incl. allergenen uit;
  • Klaarmaken van dranken;
  • Uitserveren van diverse producten;
  • Opbouw, draaien en afbouwen van evenementen;
  • Voorbereiden en meedraaien van buffetten;
  • Werken met kassasysteem.

Volg je een opleiding gericht op leidinggeven, zal je worden meegenomen in de taken en werkzaamheden van onze eerste medewerkers, supervisors, leidinggevenden en/of managers. Als Stagiair(e) als leidinggevende ben je de rechterhand van onze Restaurant en Banqueting Manager. Samen met hen en de F&B Manager stuur je ons enthousiaste team aan. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

  • Operationele ondersteuning: Samen met je collega’s verdeel je taken en bewaak je de voortgang en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden;
  • Coaching en aansturing: Je geeft instructies en coacht het team om hun beste zelf te zijn. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de vloer, maar ook tijdens grote evenementen en congressen, waarbij je mede de leiding hebt over roosters, werving en de algehele service;
  • Creatieve verbeteringen: Gebruik je innovatieve geest om de F&B afdeling naar nieuwe hoogten te tillen, terwijl je altijd de gastbeleving vooropstelt!
