Onze medewerkers kennen de praktijk als geen ander. Als Learning & Development Specialist zorg je ervoor dat hun kennis en ervaring worden gedeeld, versterkt en duurzaam verankerd binnen Vanheede.

In deze rol bouw je mee aan de Vanheede Academy en creëer je een sterk netwerk van trainers en peters. Tegelijk vertaal je die ambitie naar de praktijk: je ontwikkelt en organiseert leertrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers een kwaliteitsvolle onboarding krijgen.

Wat ga je doen?

De Vanheede Academy samen uitbouwen

  • Samen met de HR Training Teamlead en interne stakeholders geef je vorm aan de visie, structuur en werking van de Vanheede Academy.
  • Je vertaalt hierbij leerbehoeften uit de organisatie naar concrete leertrajecten, opleidingsmaterialen en duurzame oplossingen voor kennisdeling.
  • Nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen leren, ontwikkelen en kennismanagement volg je actief op en zet je om in bruikbare ideeën voor Vanheede.

Een netwerk van trainers en peters ontwikkelen

  • Je bouwt een sterk netwerk van interne trainers en peters uit.
  • Vanuit jouw didactische expertise begeleid en coach je hen in hun rol als trainer, peter of kennisdeler.
  • Door intervisies, inspiratiesessies en kennisuitwisselingen te organiseren, breng je trainers samen om ervaringen en goede praktijken te delen.
  • Ook ons peterschapsprogramma voor chauffeurs neem je onder jouw vleugels. Je staat mee in voor de opleiding van vrachtwagenchauffeurs tot peter en ondersteunt hen in hun begeleidende rol.

Onboarding en opleidingen organiseren

  • Voor nieuwe medewerkers stel je opleidingsplannen op en volg je het leer- en inwerktraject nauwgezet op.
  • Daarnaast organiseer je groepsopleidingen voor starters en zorg je mee voor een warm en professioneel onthaal op hun eerste werkdag.
  • Je coördineert verschillende opleidingsinitiatieven, waaronder bijvoorbeeld de code 95-opleidingen voor onze vrachtwagenchauffeurs.
  • Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met leidinggevenden, interne experts en externe opleidingspartners.

Kwaliteit en opvolging bewaken

  • Op basis van feedback en evaluaties formuleer je concrete voorstellen om opleidingen verder te verbeteren.
  • Opleidingen, rollen en leergegevens houd je correct bij in de beschikbare digitale systemen.
  • Door processen en opleidingsinitiatieven nauwgezet op te volgen, zorg je ervoor dat alles zowel inhoudelijk als organisatorisch goed verloopt.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting, zoals pedagogische wetenschappen, onderwijskunde, toegepaste psychologie of HRM.
  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van opleidingsmateriaal en/of leertrajecten is een must. Ervaring met het begeleiden van trainers of coaches en/of het uitbouwen van een academy is een plus.
  • Je hebt kennis van hoe volwassenen leren en didactiek.
  • Vlot kunnen communiceren in zowel het Nederlands als Frans is zeer belangrijk.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met tools zoals Office 365, Articulate 360 en Epower, of leert er snel mee werken.
  • Regelmatige verplaatsingen naar onze verschillende vestigingen voor opleidingen, workshops en overlegmomenten schrikken je niet af.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling tussen projectmatig werken, coaching & begeleiding, het ontwikkelen van leeroplossingen en operationele opvolging.
