Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Helpdesk 1 livello da inserire nella Business Unit 7 Circle di Var Group, dedicata ad accompagnare le imprese nei percorsi di trasformazione digitale, cloud adoption e innovazione tecnologica. 🚀

📍 Sede: Presso sede azienda cliente, zona San Lazzaro (BO). 💼 Modalità: On site, lavoro su turni (fascia diurna) 📄 Contratto: CCNL Commercio - tempo determinato 6/12 mesi, assunzione diretta

💰 Pacchetto retributivo: RAL € 23.300| welfare aziendale | buoni pasto €8/gg

Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte di uno dei nostri team on-Prem, contribuendo al monitoraggio delle infrastrutture di rete dei clienti business e garantendo il rispetto degli SLA di servizio.

• Monitorerai costantemente le linee di rete attraverso strumenti dedicati • Gestirai segnalazioni, allarmi e anomalie rilevate sui sistemi • Prenderai in carico e aggiornerai i ticket rispettando priorità e SLA • Effettuerai attività di analisi e troubleshooting di primo livello sulle problematiche di rete • Ti confronterai con clienti e fornitori per la gestione delle escalation tecniche • Gestirai problematiche hardware e software di primo livello • Compilerai incident report e coordinerai le comunicazioni durante la gestione degli eventi

Competenze richieste

• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni dal lunedì al sabato (fascia oraria 07:30 - 21:00, 8h al giorno, 40h settimanali) • Conoscenza di base dell'ambiente Windows e Microsoft 365 • Conoscenze di networking (modello TCP/IP, indirizzamento IP, routing, switching e tecnologie di accesso a Internet) • Capacità di effettuare troubleshooting di rete di primo livello • Familiarità con strumenti di monitoraggio, gestione ticket e incident management • Buone capacità comunicative nella gestione di clienti, fornitori e ticket operativi

➕ Nice to have

• Esperienza, anche breve, in ambito Service Desk, NOC o MOC • Percorso di studi in ambito informatico o telecomunicazioni • Curiosità, spirito di iniziativa e voglia di apprendere nuove competenze tecniche
