Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di MCAD Solution Consultant, che contribuirà all’adozione, implementazione e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni Siemens NX e Solid Edge presso aziende manifatturiere, supportando clienti e team tecnici nei loro percorsi di innovazione digitale.

Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte del team Digital Engineering supportando clienti e colleghi nelle attività di consulenza applicativa, implementazione, formazione e supporto specialistico sulle soluzioni Siemens NX, Solid Edge e sugli strumenti correlati all’ecosistema CAD/PLM.

La posizione è orientata alla consulenza applicativa e metodologica sulle piattaforme Siemens NX e Solid Edge; non sono previste attività di progettazione meccanica per conto dei clienti.

Var Industries supporta infatti le aziende nell’adozione, configurazione e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni software, mettendo a disposizione competenze consulenziali e metodologiche.

Il ruolo si configura come una figura tecnico-consulenziale assimilabile a un Application Engineer, Field Application Engineer (FAE) o Solution Consultant, con l'obiettivo di accompagnare i clienti nell'adozione e nella valorizzazione delle tecnologie Siemens dedicate ai processi di progettazione e sviluppo prodotto.

Inoltre:

• Supporterai il team nelle attività di pre-vendita, fornendo consulenza tecnica e contribuendo all’individuazione delle soluzioni più adatte alle esigenze del cliente;

• Fornirai assistenza tecnica post-vendita e supporto specialistico per garantire il corretto utilizzo delle soluzioni Siemens NX e Solid Edge;

• Affiancherai i clienti nell’adozione delle piattaforme CAD, trasferendo competenze, metodologie e best practice relative ai processi di progettazione e sviluppo prodotto;

• Collaborerai all’implementazione, configurazione e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni software presso i clienti;

• Supporterai le attività legate alla progettazione elettrica e ai cablaggi attraverso strumenti dedicati quali Capital e Solid Edge Electrical;

• Condurrai sessioni di formazione e consulenza tecnica rivolte a clienti e colleghi;

• Collaborerai con i diversi team aziendali per favorire la diffusione e l’adozione delle soluzioni proposte da Var Industries.

Potresti essere la persona giusta se

✔️ Hai maturato esperienza nei processi di progettazione meccanica 2D e 3D;

✔️ Conosci Siemens NX e/o Solid Edge;

✔️ Hai interesse a mettere le tue competenze tecniche al servizio di un ruolo consulenziale a contatto con clienti e stakeholder;

✔️ Hai esperienza nell’ambito della progettazione elettrica e dei cablaggi utilizzando strumenti quali Capital o Solid Edge Electrical;

✔️ Sei in grado di supportare attività tecniche in fase di pre-vendita e di post-vendita;

✔️ Hai interesse a evolvere da un ruolo di progettazione verso attività di consulenza applicativa e supporto tecnico-specialistico;

✔️ Ti motiva combinare competenze tecniche, relazione con il cliente e attività di pre e post-vendita;

✔️ Ti relazioni efficacemente con clienti, colleghi e stakeholder interni;

✔️ Hai buone capacità di lavoro in team e un approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi.

Competenze richieste

• Conoscenza dei processi di progettazione e sviluppo prodotto in ambito manifatturiero;

• Esperienza nell’utilizzo di Siemens NX e/o Solid Edge;

• Conoscenza di strumenti per la progettazione elettrica e la gestione dei cablaggi;

• Capacità di analizzare esigenze tecniche e tradurle in soluzioni applicative;

• Esperienza nell’erogazione di formazione e consulenza tecnica;

• Capacità di produrre e gestire documentazione tecnica;

• Attitudine al problem solving e orientamento al cliente.

Nice to have

• Conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello B1.
