Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte del team HD1, occupandoti dell'assistenza tecnica e applicativa di primo livello ai clienti.

Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

  • Fornire assistenza e supporto ai clienti attraverso telefono e strumenti di connessione remota.
  • Analizzare le richieste, individuare la soluzione o indirizzarle ai gruppi specialistici competenti.
  • Configurare applicativi e supportare gli utenti nelle attività operative.
  • Effettuare verifiche e controlli di monitoraggio preventivo.
  • Documentare le attività svolte e contribuire al miglioramento continuo della qualità del servizio.

Potresti essere la persona giusta se:

✔️ Hai un diploma, preferibilmente ad indirizzo tecnico o scientifico.

✔️ Hai una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office 365.

✔️ Ti piace analizzare i problemi e trovare soluzioni efficaci.

✔️ Sei preciso, metodico e hai un forte senso di responsabilità.

✔️ Ti appassiona il mondo dell'assistenza tecnica e vuoi crescere in un contesto strutturato.

✔️ Ti piace lavorare in squadra e costruire relazioni positive con colleghi e clienti.

✔️ Possiedi delle ottime doti comunicative

Competenze richieste

  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office 365.
  • Capacità di analisi e problem solving.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al cliente.
  • Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di gestione delle priorità.
  • Dimestichezza nella redazione di documentazione tecnica.
