Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Infrastructure System Engineer all’interno della Business Unit 7Circle.

📍 Empoli 💼 Modalità: Ibrida (3 giorni in presenza + 2 da remoto) 📄 Contratto: CCNL Commercio - tempo indeterminato 💰 Pacchetto retributivo: RAL €30.000 – €40.000 | welfare aziendale | buoni pasto €8/gg

Cosa farai

Entrerai nel team Infrastructure e sarai coinvolt* nella progettazione, gestione e manutenzione di infrastrutture IT complesse, operando su ambienti enterprise critici ad alta affidabilità.

• Eseguirai attività tecniche legate ai progetti concordati con il cliente • Garantirai la delivery di soluzioni infrastrutturali (installazione, configurazione, upgrade, test e accettazione) • Applicherai metodologie e strumenti di project management • Aggiornerai stakeholder interni sullo stato di avanzamento delle attività • Progetterai, installerai e gestirai infrastrutture server fisiche e virtualizzate • Amministrerai ambienti Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO) • Gestirai piattaforme di virtualizzazione (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V) • Gestirai soluzioni di Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam, Zerto) • Effettuerai troubleshooting avanzato su problematiche sistemistiche • Redigerai e manterrai aggiornata la documentazione tecnica • Parteciperai a progetti di migrazione, upgrade e consolidamento infrastrutturale

✔️ Hai esperienza nella gestione di infrastrutture IT e ambienti virtualizzati ✔️ Hai competenze su VMware e/o Microsoft Hyper‑V ✔️ Conosci sistemi Windows Server e servizi correlati ✔️ Hai capacità di troubleshooting e analisi log ✔️ Possiedi basi di networking (routing, switching, firewall) ✔️ Sei orientat* al cliente e al lavoro in team

➕ Nice to have: • Conoscenza soluzioni Zerto per Disaster Recovery • Esperienza su sistemi Linux • Competenze in datacenter networking • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese • Certificazioni VMware (VCP) o DELL
