Cosa farai

· Svilupperai nuove funzionalità e personalizzazioni dell'ERP realizzato dal team di prodotto su piattaforma open source

· Parteciperai allo sviluppo ed evoluzione di soluzioni per la digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali utilizzando la piattaforma open source dell'ERP

· Analizzerai i requisiti funzionali e tecnici, proponendo le soluzioni più adatte alle esigenze del cliente

· Realizzerai integrazioni tra l'ERP e sistemi esterni tramite API e web service

· Svilupperai soluzioni in ambiente Java Enterprise utilizzando database relazionali

· Collaborerai con i clienti seguendo l’avanzamento dei progetti

· Raccoglierai e analizzerai le esigenze evolutive dei clienti, trasformandole in soluzioni applicative

· Contribuirai alla manutenzione, ottimizzazione e integrazione dei moduli applicativi

· Lavorerai in team tecnici multidisciplinari confrontandoti quotidianamente con developer, consulenti applicativi e project manager

· Condividerai competenze e best practice, contribuendo alla crescita tecnica del team

Potresti essere la persona giusta se

✔️ Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software.

✔️ Hai maturato una solida esperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni enterprise

✔️ Hai esperienza con database Oracle e/o PostgreSQL e con il linguaggio SQL

✔️ Hai esperienza nell'analisi dei requisiti e nella progettazione di soluzioni software

✔️ Possiedi una buona conoscenza dei principali processi aziendali (amministrazione, vendite, acquisti, magazzino e produzione)

✔️ Hai buone capacità di analisi, problem solving e autonomia operativa

✔️ Ti piace lavorare in team e confrontarti direttamente con clienti e stakeholder✔️ Hai buone capacità di analisi, problem solving e autonomia operativa.

➕ Nice to have:

· Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software.

✔️ Conoscenza di tecnologie web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) e REST API

✔️ Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie e architetture di iDempiere (ZK, OSGi)

✔️ Familiarità con application server Java (Tomcat, JBoss o equivalenti)

✔️ Conoscenza di ambienti Linux e/o Windows e utilizzo della riga di comando

✔️ Conoscenza di iDempiere e/o Compiere

✔️ Esperienza nello sviluppo di soluzioni ERP presso software house o aziende finali

✔️ Conoscenza metodologie di Project management (Agile e/o Waterfall)

✔️ Disponibilità a brevi trasferte c/o clienti
