Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Junior Application Support per la nostra Business Platform Tekne, specializzata nella realizzazione e commercializzazione di soluzioni e servizi IT per il mondo GDO e retail specializzato.

📍 Sede: Bologna

💼 Modalità: ibrida

📄 Contratto: Apprendistato, CCNL Commercio

💰 Pacchetto retributivo:

  • Dai 25.000 ai 28.000 con scatti previsti da apprendistato
  • Welfare aziendale
  • Buoni pasto: €8/giorno

Cosa farai

All’interno del team di assistenza, ti occuperai di fornire supporto di primo livello ai clienti, con particolare focus sui processi di fatturazione elettronica e gestirai le richieste attraverso canali dedicati (ticketing, email e telefono), garantendo un servizio rapido, accurato ed efficace.

  • Gestirai richieste di assistenza di primo livello relative alla fatturazione elettronica;
  • Fornirai supporto operativo su attività semplici, come la verifica e il caricamento dei file;
  • Utilizzerai strumenti di ticketing per la presa in carico e il monitoraggio delle richieste;
  • Eseguirai l’escalation delle problematiche più complesse ai livelli di supporto superiori;
  • Collaborerai con il team per assicurare qualità e continuità del servizio.

Potresti essere la persona giusta se:

✔️ Possiedi la conoscenza base del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);

✔️ Hai dimestichezza con l’ambiente Windows (gestione cartelle e file);

✔️Sei disponibile a formarti sui processi aziendali e sugli strumenti utilizzati;

✔️Possiedi ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente;

✔️Riesci a lavorare bene in team

➕ Nice to have:

  • Capacità di utilizzo di strumenti di ticketing;
  • Esperienza, anche minima, in ruoli di assistenza clienti o helpdesk (preferibile);
