Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Tecnico MOC Junior per la Business Unit 7 Circle di Var Group, dedicata alla trasformazione digitale delle imprese 🚀

📍 Sede: Bologna – Via Larga 31 🕒 Modalità: In presenza, turni H24 su rotazione (inclusi notturni e festivi) 📄 Contratto: Tempo determinato (6 o 12 mesi) con prospettiva di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato – CCNL Commercio 💰 Pacchetto retributivo: RAL €23.300 | maggiorazioni turni | welfare aziendale | buoni pasto €8/gg

Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte del Monitoring Operations Center, contribuendo al presidio e alla gestione delle infrastrutture IT in servizio continuo.

• Monitorerai infrastrutture IT tramite strumenti dedicati • Gestirai alert, anomalie e segnalazioni sui sistemi • Prenderai in carico ticket e incident, garantendo una corretta escalation • Eseguirai interventi tecnici su infrastrutture e servizi • Contribuirai alla reportistica e al rispetto degli SLA • Collaborerai con team interni e clienti per la risoluzione delle problematiche

Potresti essere la persona giusta se

✔️ Sei disponibile a lavorare su turni H24 (8-16; 16-24; 24-8) ✔️ Hai passione per il mondo IT e il monitoraggio infrastrutturale ✔️ Sei preciso/a e orientato/a alla qualità del servizio ✔️ Hai buone capacità di analisi e problem solving

Competenze richieste

• Conoscenza di base di sistemi Windows e Active Directory (utenze, policy) • Conoscenza base di ambienti virtualizzati • Esperienza o familiarità con strumenti di monitoraggio e ticketing • Capacità di gestione alert, incident e reportistica • Conoscenze base di networking (diagnosi problematiche) • Familiarità con strumenti di automazione (AI, RPA)

➕ Nice to have

• Interesse per scripting, automazione e tecnologie emergenti • Esperienza, anche breve, in contesti MOC/NOC • Conoscenza base di ambienti infrastrutturali enterprise
