Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Network & Security Resident Specialist da inserire presso un importante cliente, all'interno di un team dedicato alla gestione e all'evoluzione di un'infrastruttura di rete enterprise.

📍 Sede: Bologna, presso sede azienda cliente. Necessario essere automuniti con mezzo proprio. 💼 Modalità: Ibrida (1 giorno da remoto/ settimana); orario di lavoro: 8h nella fascia oraria 6.00-20.00 📄 Contratto: CCNL Commercio - tempo determinato 12 mesi, con prospettiva di inserimento a tempo indeterminato. 💰 Range Retributivo: RAL €30.000- €32.000 | welfare aziendale | buoni pasto €8/gg

Cerchiamo una persona motivata a crescere professionalmente in un contesto tecnologico strutturato, che abbia già consolidate basi di networking e voglia sviluppare competenze specialistiche su architetture moderne e soluzioni enterprise.

L'inserimento prevede un percorso di affiancamento e formazione on the job, con l'obiettivo di acquisire autonomia nella gestione dell'infrastruttura del cliente.

Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte del team Network Operations e ti occuperai di:

  • Monitorare l'infrastruttura di rete e intervenire nella risoluzione di anomalie e malfunzionamenti.
  • Gestire ticket di secondo livello e richieste operative, come configurazioni di rete e modifiche ai servizi DNS.
  • Supportare le attività di gestione della sicurezza perimetrale e degli accessi remoti.
  • Collaborare con il team per garantire continuità operativa e qualità del servizio.
  • Acquisire progressivamente autonomia nella gestione delle principali tecnologie presenti nell'infrastruttura.

Potresti essere la persona giusta se

✔️ Hai una buona conoscenza dello stack TCP/IP e dei principi di routing e switching.

✔️ Conosci, anche a livello accademico o attraverso esperienze iniziali, apparati Cisco e firewall (preferibilmente Palo Alto).

✔️ Hai familiarità con la gestione dei servizi DNS.

✔️ Sei disponibile a lavorare su turni programmati nella fascia oraria 06:00 – 20:00 (8h al giorno)

✔️ Sei automunito/a.

  • Switch Cisco Catalyst
  • Wireless LAN Controller Cisco 9800
  • Core di Data Center Cisco Nexus
  • Firewall Palo Alto con Panorama e GlobalProtect
  • Soluzioni di sicurezza cloud Zscaler
  • Gestione DNS con Infoblox
  • Integrazione e connettività verso ambienti AWS

Nice to have

➕ Certificazione Cisco CCNA o percorso già avviato per il suo conseguimento.
