Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Procurement Specialist, che contribuirà allo sviluppo e al consolidamento della nostra rete globale di fornitori, garantendo continuità di approvvigionamento, sostenibilità economica e gestione del rischio.

Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte di un team che supporta la crescita dell'organizzazione attraverso strategie di sourcing e procurement orientate al valore.

• Collaborerai con i team Business Units, OTC & Risk e Finance per allineare gli acquisti agli obiettivi aziendali; • Analizzerai dati e performance della supply chain per identificare rischi, inefficienze e opportunità di saving; • Condurrai negoziazioni commerciali con fornitori nazionali e internazionali; • Gestirai e rafforzerai le relazioni con i partner strategici garantendo continuità e qualità del servizio; • Monitorerai le performance dei fornitori attraverso KPI, SLA e iniziative di miglioramento continuo; • Preserverai la corretta gestione della documentazione contrattuale e dei processi di sourcing.

Potresti essere la persona giusta se

✔️ Hai maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Procurement, Strategic Sourcing o Supply Chain;

✔️ Hai esperienza nella gestione di fornitori, negoziazione di contratti e definizione di accordi commerciali;

✔️ Sai interpretare dati e indicatori di performance per supportare decisioni di business;

✔️ Ti muovi con efficacia in contesti complessi e collabori con interlocutori appartenenti a funzioni diverse;

✔️ Possiedi una laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia o discipline affini;

✔️ Unisci capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio e visione commerciale.

➕ Nice to have:

• Esperienza in contesti internazionali e multinazionali; • Familiarità con metodologie di supplier performance management; • Esperienza nella gestione dei rischi di fornitura e continuità operativa.
