Cosa farai

Sarai responsabile della gestione di progetti infrastrutturali e tecnologici, coordinando attività, persone e stakeholder per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi definiti.

• Gestirai l’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti IT, dalla fase di analisi e pianificazione fino alla consegna e al collaudo • Coordinerai team multidisciplinari, inclusi specialisti di rete, sistemisti e fornitori esterni • Definirai e monitorerai budget, tempi e risorse, assicurando il rispetto degli SLA e degli obiettivi di progetto • Analizzerai rischi e criticità implementando piani di mitigazione con attenzione alla continuità operativa • Garantirai una comunicazione costante con stakeholder interni ed esterni, fornendo aggiornamenti regolari sullo stato di avanzamento delle attività • Supervisionerai attività di migrazione e consolidamento di infrastrutture datacenter e ambienti virtualizzati

Potresti essere la persona giusta se

✔️ Hai maturato esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi relativi a migrazioni di infrastrutture IT ✔️ Possiedi competenze in ambito datacenter e architetture IT ibride, Private Cloud, Public Cloud e On Premise ✔️ Hai familiarità con sistemi operativi enterprise, storage, networking e soluzioni di alta disponibilità ✔️ Hai competenze in ambito networking e sicurezza ✔️ Sai lavorare in gruppo favorendo la collaborazione e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni ✔️ Possiedi ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali

Nice to have

➕ Certificazione Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2 o equivalente) ➕ Conoscenza di metodologie e strumenti di gestione progetti ➕ Esperienza in ambienti cloud ibridi e tecnologie di automazione ➕ Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
