Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Service Desk Specialist Stage all’interno della nostra Business Unit 7Circle.

📍 Empoli (FI) 💼 Modalità: On-site 📄 Contratto: Stage full time 💰 Rimborso spese: €600 al mese

Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte del team Service Desk e supporterai gli utenti nella gestione e risoluzione delle problematiche informatiche quotidiane.

• Fornirai assistenza tecnica di primo livello agli utenti aziendali • Gestirai segnalazioni e richieste attraverso gli strumenti di ticketing aziendali • Supporterai gli utenti nella risoluzione di problematiche legate a sistemi operativi Windows e macOS • Fornirai assistenza sull’utilizzo della suite Microsoft 365, inclusi Outlook, OneDrive, Teams e Office • Utilizzerai strumenti di assistenza remota come TeamViewer, AnyDesk e Assistenza Rapida di Windows • Collaborerai nella gestione delle utenze e dei permessi tramite Active Directory • Supporterai la configurazione e la risoluzione di problematiche di rete di base relative a IP, Wi-Fi e DNS • Collaborerai con il team IT per garantire la continuità e la qualità del servizio offerto agli utenti

✔️ Hai una buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e macOS ✔️ Conosci la suite Microsoft 365 e i principali strumenti di produttività aziendale ✔️ Hai familiarità con strumenti di assistenza remota ✔️ Possiedi conoscenze di base in ambito networking (IP, Wi-Fi, DNS) ✔️ Conosci i principi di gestione utenti tramite Active Directory ✔️ Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ✔️ Ti caratterizzano ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative ✔️ Sei una persona curiosa, orientata all’apprendimento e al problem solving
