Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Sistemista Junior – Network & Collaboration all’interno della nostra Business Unit 7Circle.

📍 Sede: Bologna, in presidio presso il cliente 📄 Contratto: CCNL Commercio – tempo indeterminato

💰 Pacchetto retributivo: RAL €28.000-30.000 | welfare aziendale | buoni pasto €8/gg

Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte di un team specializzato e affiancherai professionisti senior nella gestione delle infrastrutture IT, delle reti aziendali e delle piattaforme di collaboration.

• Supporterai la gestione e l'amministrazione di Active Directory • Collaborerai nella gestione dei servizi DNS e DHCP • Fornirai supporto operativo sulle piattaforme Microsoft 365 • Affiancherai il team nelle attività di troubleshooting dei sistemi Windows Server • Gestirai ticket e segnalazioni di secondo livello • Supporterai la configurazione e gestione di apparati Cisco (switch, access point e Meraki) • Collaborerai nella configurazione e gestione delle VLAN • Effettuerai attività di configurazione porte switch e troubleshooting di rete • Supporterai la gestione delle sale riunioni con tecnologie Cisco • Fornirai assistenza sulle piattaforme Webex • Collaborerai nella gestione dei sistemi telefonici VoIP

Potresti essere la persona giusta se

✔️ Hai un diploma tecnico in Informatica, Telecomunicazioni o discipline affini ✔️ Hai familiarità con Active Directory e gli ambienti Microsoft ✔️ Conosci i principali servizi di rete come DNS e DHCP ✔️ Hai una buona base di networking (switching e VLAN) ✔️ Hai interesse per il mondo Cisco e delle infrastrutture di rete ✔️ Ti piace risolvere problemi e lavorare a contatto con utenti e colleghi ✔️ Vuoi crescere professionalmente in un ambiente dinamico e collaborativo

Competenze tecniche

• Active Directory • DNS e DHCP • Microsoft 365 • Sistemi Operativi Windows Server • Networking di base (VLAN, switching, connettività) • Apparati Cisco • Soluzioni di Collaboration (Webex) • Telefonia VoIP

➕ Nice to have

• Certificazioni IT in ambito Microsoft, Cisco o networking • Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli IT infrastrutturali o di supporto sistemistico
