Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Sistemista Windows Senior per la Business Unit 7 Circle di Var Group, dedicata alla trasformazione digitale delle imprese 🚀

📍 Sede: Bologna, presso azienda cliente 🏡 Modalità: on site, dal lunedì al venerdì 📄 Contratto: CCNL Commercio – tempo indeterminato 💰 Pacchetto retributivo: RAL €45.000 - €55.000 | reperibilità (1 settimana/mese) | welfare aziendale | buoni pasto €8/gg

Cosa farai

Entrerai a far parte del team IT Infrastructure, occupandoti della gestione, evoluzione e messa in sicurezza degli ambienti Microsoft enterprise.

• Gestirai e amministrerai infrastrutture Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) • Implementerai e manterrai il Microsoft Tiering Model (Tier 0, 1, 2) • Ti occuperai dell’hardening e della sicurezza degli ambienti Active Directory • Amministrerai Active Directory (Domain Services, Group Policy) • Gestirai servizi DNS e DHCP • Amministrerai File Server e permessi NTFS • Monitorerai l’infrastruttura e gestirai attività di troubleshooting • Gestirai patching e aggiornamenti di sicurezza • Collaborerai a progetti in ambito Zero Trust e PAM • Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team cybersecurity e networking

✔️ Hai esperienza consolidata su infrastrutture Windows Server ✔️ Hai una forte attenzione alla sicurezza e alla qualità dei sistemi ✔️ Sei autonomo/a nella gestione di ambienti complessi ✔️ Hai buone capacità di problem solving e collaborazione

Competenze richieste

• Ottima conoscenza di Windows Server • Esperienza su Active Directory • Conoscenza del Microsoft Tiering Model e PAM • Competenze in ambito sicurezza Microsoft • Capacità di scripting (PowerShell)

➕ Nice to have

• Esperienza con VMware vSphere / ESXi • Conoscenza storage NetApp (ONTAP, NAS/SAN) • Esperienza con Azure / Entra ID • Esperienza con soluzioni di backup (Veeam, Commvault) • Conoscenze base di networking • Certificazioni Microsoft, VMware o NetApp
