📄 Contratto Tempo determinato 6 o 12 mesi, con prospettiva di assunzione a tempo indeterminato (CCNL Commercio), 40h settimanali.

💰 Pacchetto retributivo

  • RAL: €23.300
  • Welfare aziendale

🔎 Chi stiamo cercando?

Stiamo ricercando un/una Tecnico MOC per rafforzare la nostra struttura operativa, con il compito di monitorare le linee di rete dei clienti business, all’interno di un contesto strutturato e orientato al rispetto degli SLA.

🎯 Cosa farai?

· Monitoraggio continuo delle linee network tramite strumenti dedicati.

· Gestione delle segnalazioni e delle anomalie rilevate sui sistemi.

· Presa in carico e aggiornamento dei ticket secondo priorità e SLA

· Analisi di primo livello e diagnostica di problematiche di rete

· Interazione con clienti e fornitori per l’escalation

Caratteristiche e requisiti richiesti

· Conoscenza base di ambiente Windows e O365

· Networking: conoscenze di base su modello TCP/IP, indirizzamento IP, apparati di routing e switching, tecnologie di accesso ad Internet, capacità di troubleshooting di rete

· Monitoraggio & Ticketing: gestione di allarmi, incident e ticket

· Comunicazione chiara sia nella gestione dei ticket che nel rapporto con clienti e fornitori
