1、负责DRAM芯片ATE及SLT测试算法的开发、调试与维护，覆盖功能及DC/AC参数测试； 2、基于测试数据进行统计分析，迭代优化测试Pattern及算法逻辑，提升覆盖率和良率； 3、协同芯片设计与量产团队，定位失效根因，支持产线测试异常快速响应及程序更新。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学历，微电子、电子科学与技术、集成电路设计、通信工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉半导体物理基础及芯片封装/测试流程；精通C/C++，熟练使用Python/Shell脚本；具备良好的程序调试逻辑； 3、具备较强的现场问题处理能力。
