1、智能测试执行：熟悉一定系统架构、以及前后端交互逻辑。梳理测试理论知识，有一定的质量意识，了解自动化测试脚本（接口/UI/性能），利用AI测试工具自动生成测试用例、识别高风险路径； 2、缺陷辅助分析：熟悉借助AI日志分析平台，快速定位异常堆栈、错误模式及潜在根因； 3、运维自动化：参与日常系统巡检、监控告警配置，利用AI脚本（如Python+LLM）自动处理常见告警或生成故障报告； 4、智能运维探索：应用AIOps思路，通过时序预测、异常检测模型辅助判断容量趋势或系统健康度； 5、知识沉淀：使用大模型生成测试文档、运维手册及复盘报告初稿。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、网络工程等相关专业优先； 2、基础技能：熟悉Linux命令、SQL、至少一种脚本语言（Python/Shell）；了解CI/CD及Docker基本操作； 3、AI能力：能使用AI编程助手生成测试脚本、运维脚本及正则表达式； 4、了解AIOps常见场景（异常检测、日志聚类、根因推荐），有Kibana/ELK或监控系统使用经验者优先； 5、能通过提示词让AI辅助生成测试计划、故障模拟方案； 6、工具链：熟悉Jmeter/Postman、Git、Jenkins基础操作；了解Prometheus/Zabbix者加分。
